Refund Policy

At Glovex, we are committed to providing high-quality industrial gloves and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns, exchanges, or refunds may be granted.

1. Eligibility for Refunds or Returns
  • Defective or Damaged Products: If the product received is faulty, damaged during transit, or not as described.
  • Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong product or quantity.
  • Manufacturing Defects: If there are quality issues traceable to manufacturing errors.

To be eligible:
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) is required.
2. Non-Refundable Items
  • Custom-made or specially ordered gloves.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or wear and tear.
  • Orders returned after the 7-day window without prior authorization.
3. Return & Inspection Process
  • Contact us at: sales@golvex.in with your order number, issue description, and photos (if applicable).
  • Our team will review and, if eligible, authorize a return or exchange.
  • Upon receiving the returned item, it will be inspected.
  • Approved returns will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • 4. Refund Method

    If approved, your refund will be issued using the original payment method or credited to your company’s account for future purchases, as per agreement.

    5. Shipping Costs
    • Shipping costs for returns due to Glovex’s error (damaged, wrong item) will be covered by us.
    • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
    6. Cancellation Policy

    Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Custom or bulk orders may not be cancelled once production has begun.
